Return Policy

Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are available within 30 days of purchase.

  • To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.
  • To be eligible for an exchange, any item that is not in its original condition, has been used, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error may be exchanged.

Exchanges are processed in the form of a gift card, which can be used on our website to purchase any other item of your choice.

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. To initiate a return, please contact us at admin@curionex.com.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notifying you of its receipt and approval or rejection of the refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and returned to the original payment method. Please allow 1 to 5 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement.

Changes (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notifying you whether your exchange has been approved or rejected.

If approved, it will be processed and you will receive a gift card via email with instructions on how to use it.

Refunds late or not received (if applicable)

If it has been more than 5 business days since you received notification of your refund and it still does not appear on your statement, contact your bank. Some financial institutions may take longer to reflect funds.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items can be reimbursed. Unfortunately, sale items, promotions or special discounts are not refundable.

  • You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • You can use any courier company of your choice.
  • If the value of the returned item exceeds $50, it is recommended that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.
  • To expedite the process, please include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.
